All internet reservations are made by our staff as they are posted to our web site between the hours of 7:30am & 10pm CDT.
Any reservations that are made between 10pm and 7:30am will be handled as soon as the staff arrives at our office.
In the event that a tour reservation has been made that we cannot honor, then the secretary will contact you by email or phone to advise of any options for your request.
All internet reservations will be billed to the credit card that you used with the internet reservation, within 24 hours of your tour date/time.
If you need to make any changes to the tour date/time or to cancel you tour, you are required to make that change no less than 24 hours from the scheduled tour.
If you fail to contact us about a change or fail to claim your reserved seats, then you will forfeit your prepayment for the tour.
They only exception would be if your airplane was cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond your control.
In the event of bad weather (such as hurricanes), the company needs to cancel the tour because of safety concerns, your payment will be refunded 100%.
Or you can reschedule your tour to another day or time based upon tour availability.
If the company needs to cancel your tour, you will be notified by cell phone or email.
