You are responsible for providing a valid credit card to process payment for a requested tour. Louisiana Tour Company will confirm your tour and number of guests by email and a reservation will be made. If your reservation is confirmed, you are required to cancel or modify the number of passengers/guests for your reservation, no later than 24 hours from the scheduled tour. You are required to show up at the designated point of the tour or pick-up location (if we supply transportation). It is helpful if your contact Louisiana Tour Company and advise them as to what to look for, the location that you are standing or help them identify your party. If you request a tour and you fail to show up to claim your seat or fail to make changes within the required 24 hours, then you will not be issued a credit on your charge card. In the event that Louisiana Tour Company fails to arrive at the designated location and pick you up or the tour is cancelled because of bad weather, you will be issued a full refund on your credit card. LTC will allow a client to reschedule a tour, based upon availability, but will not issue any refund.
